SMART RING

#INTRO:-

What I'm going to tell you today about a small but very worthwhile thing. Today, I'm going to tell you about a ring that is cozy, attractive, and very sophisticated on the inside. The work for which you had to go to the doctor earlier is now in this ring. This ring tells you about your heart rate, sleep, steps, body activity and sometimes even stress. This ring has all the qualities that a smartwatch has, only it is small in size and very stylish.

#HEALTH TRACKING FEATURES:-

Smart rings have a wide range of health tracking features, both advanced and numerous. I'm going to share some of them:

1.Heart Rate Monitering:

This ring tracks your heart rate perfectly so you know what your heart rate is while you're resting, working out, or under stress.

2.Sleep Tracking:

This ring will tell you your total sleep duration, including how long you slept deeply, how long you slept lightly, and even how long you dreamed.

3.Sleep & Activity Tracking:

This is a great gadget for those who are very fitness-conscious. It tracks your daily steps, daily walking distance, daily calories burned, and even your current activity.

4.Stress Monitoring:

If your stress level or heart rate is too high, this ring measures your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and suggests a rest period.

5.Blood Oxygen (SpO₂) Tracking:

This ring is so high-tech that it can read and tell you your blood oxygen level, which is very important for your health.

#WEARABLE v/s TRADITIONAL GADGETS:-

When it comes to wearable gadgets, smart rings are always in contact with the body, allowing for continuous monitoring. Therefore, smart rings provide accurate information at all times. They are also lightweight, convenient, and discreet. While our phones also perform this function, they are less accurate due to their pocket-sized size.

#OVERVIEW:-

Now let's talk about the price. Its price depends on the brand and its features. As for the brand, so the price. The mid-range is £45-£125, which is a bit basic. If you want a sleep tracker in the ring, it's £125-£210. And if you want one with extra sensors, it's in the £250 range. Overall, this smart ring is stylish and useful, but also a bit overpriced.
